PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND PROGRAM CAREFULLY.  Please check back regularly to stay apprised of updates to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Words with initial capital letters have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

“Program” means the Think Yourself Slim program and any related materials delivered through the secure online platform, private podcast feed, or other digital formats provided by Ethos Solutions Inc.

“Website” means www.thinkyourselfslim.com, www.thinkyourselfslim.ca, and any future websites operated by Ethos Solutions Inc.

“Content” means all audio, video, text, scripts, recordings, exercises, downloads, worksheets, and materials created or provided by Ethos Solutions Inc. under the brands “Unlock Your Life” and “Think Yourself Slim.”

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” means Ethos Solutions Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

“You” or “User” and "Your" means the individual accessing or using the Program, Website, or Content.

By using Our Website and/or accessing any of Our content and services, including but not limited to private podcasts, programs and courses, You agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms & Conditions”). We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. You should review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Website or Program after any updates are posted, You agree to accept those changes. If You do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, You must not use the Website, or any service provided by Us or access the Think Yourself Slim Program.

These Terms & Conditions apply to Your use of any content, product, or service provided by Ethos Solutions Inc., including the brand “Think Yourself Slim” and associated websites (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), such as:

• www.thinkyourselfslim.com

• www.thinkyourselfslim.ca

• Any current or future websites operated by Ethos Solutions Inc.

• Private podcast feeds or online platforms used to deliver the Think Yourself Slim Program

These Terms also apply to all recorded materials created by Ethos Solutions Inc., including audio content, guided hypnosis, meditations, coaching sessions, affirmations, and related materials, regardless of how they are delivered.

You must be of legal adult age in Your country or region to access and use this Program and in all cases must be at least 16 years of age.

When You purchase access to the Think Yourself Slim Program or any accompanying audio or digital materials, You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-commercial licence to access and use the Program for Your own private use only.

This licence:

• Is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Allows You to stream or download Program content (including private podcast episodes) only to Your own personal device(s) for Your own individual use only.

• Allows access exclusively through Your assigned login credentials, PIN codes, or private podcast feed.

You may not use Program content for any professional, group, therapeutic, commercial, or public purpose without prior written permission.

Earlier versions of the Think Yourself Slim Program produced between 2016 and 2025 were previously offered as individual MP3 downloads. These older Program versions are no longer available for purchase, and individual downloads are permanently discontinued.

Customers who previously purchased these older versions will retain access solely through the private podcast format that has replaced the legacy download system.

Access to the legacy (2016–2025) Program content via private podcast will remain available until December 27, 2027, after which the legacy content and associated delivery systems will be permanently retired. 

No new sales, downloads, replacements, upgrades, or re-delivery of legacy files will be provided. All continued access is governed by the private podcast terms, licence limitations, and prohibited-use rules set out in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The following provisions form part of the binding agreement governing Your use of the Program and all related Content.

All Program content - including but not limited to text, video, audio recordings, guided meditations, hypnosis sessions, scripts, online forms, online quizzes, session frameworks, coaching modules, worksheets, transcripts, images, website material, online course lessons, and private podcast episodes - is the exclusive property of Ethos Solutions Inc. under the brands “Unlock Your Life” and “Think Yourself Slim.”

All content is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights transfer to You through Your purchase.

It is Your responsibility to protect Your Program login and password and Your unique private podcast link and all links to any part of the Program. 

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any action listed below, whether paid, unpaid, free, gifted, traded, exchanged, or attempted in any capacity:

1. Sharing & Attempted Sharing

You may NOT:

- Share, forward, post, upload, or otherwise distribute any Program content.

- Attempt to share or facilitate access to Program content.

- Allow others to listen through Your devices, accounts, or personal downloads.

- Share or attempt to share:

  - login credentials to the online program

  - PIN codes

  - private podcast feed URLs

  - activation links

  - quiz or course login URLs

  - private access pages

2. Redistribution & Reproduction

​

You may NOT:

- Resell, redistribute, loan, broadcast, publish, or publicly perform any Program content.

- Upload Program content to any platform, cloud service, or shared drive.

- Re-record, screen-record, or capture audio using external devices.

- Transcribe, translate, reverse-engineer, or recreate any script, voice track, or method.

- Create derivative works, rewritten versions, summaries, or repackaged content based on the Program.

3. Misuse & Circumvention

You may NOT:

- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any technological protection measures.

- Transfer Your licence or attempt to grant access to others.

- Use Program content for:

  - coaching

  - therapy

  - teaching

  - workshops

  - groups

  - public classes

  - commercial activities

- Claim authorship or present any part of the Program as Your own teachings or own work.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke Your access without refund if We have reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred.

This includes but is not limited to:

​

• Reports from other Users or third parties backed by evidence.

• Detection of unusual login behaviour.

• Evidence of any violation of Copyright as listed in the Prohibited Use (Comprehensive Clause) section above.

• Technical indicators of unauthorized distribution.

Unauthorized use may also give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all customers and staff.

By purchasing or using the Program, You agree to:

• Treat all members of Our team with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

• Refrain from spamming, soliciting, phishing, or attempting to obtain personal information from any other User or any member of Our team.

• Refrain from using aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful language in any communications.

• Refrain from persistent requests for personal contact, coaching, or therapy outside the scope of what the Program provides.

• Not harass or stalk other Users or Us.

• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive to Our websites or platforms.

• Truthfully report any issues when requesting technical support.

• Not impersonate another User or any representative of Ethos Solutions Inc.

• Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to access the Program login credentials of another User.

• Respect that this is a self-paced digital product and does not include personalized or individual support.

We reserve the right at Our discretion to restrict or revoke access without refund should You violate this Respectful Conduct Policy.

Depending on the severity of the violation of the Respectful Conduct Policy, We may or may not give warning before restricting or revoking access.

We reserve the right to block any User or party not only from accessing the Program but also from accessing any other current or future offerings from Think Yourself Slim or Unlock Your Life, indefinitely, if they violate Our Respectful Conduct Policy.

The Program is designed for self-improvement, relaxation, and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  By using the Program You agree that results may vary.  Throughout the Program, You are always in control and can reject or accept any part of the Program guidance.  

We strongly recommend that You always consult with a licensed health professional before making any changes to Your lifestyle, health, or medical care. 

If You experience discomfort or feel unwell while listening to Program recordings, stop immediately and seek medical attention.



If You have a diagnosed mental or physical health condition - or suspect You may have one -  We recommend that You consult with a licensed therapist or counsellor or medical professional before using any aspect of Our Program or any of Our other content or services.


By using the Program, You confirm that:


• You are responsible for Your own mental and physical well-being.

• You understand hypnosis is a voluntary and self-directed process.

• You agree to take full responsibility for any outcomes.

For Your safety:

• Only listen to Program recordings in a safe, quiet environment.

• Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring attention.

• Ensure You are seated or lying down comfortably when using hypnosis or sleep recordings.

We may also temporarily suspend access to perform maintenance, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal requests.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Program, Website, or Content.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Program or Website.

• Your use of all Content is at Your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in this clause limits liability where prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Website. Continued use of the Program or Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
