Takes you through a long progressive relaxation to allow the mind to take on new positive messages.  This closely mimics the experience of actual gastric band surgery, but in such a way that there is reassurance throughout so this will be a completley calm and enjoyable experience. On waking you may notice the sensation of tightness around your stomach and may also notice you are eating smaller portion sizes and making healthier choices.  Listen to part 1 for a minimum of 2 weeks, every day*

Part 2 reinforces the sensation of the hypnotic gastric band in place, reminds you of the hypnotic surgery without going through it again, so your brain strengthens the belief that your stomach is smaller, encouraging the release of the hormone leptin so you feel fuller faster.  It also gently retrains your brain to get maximum nutrition from your smaller portion sizes by eating a variety of healthy food.  Continue listening for a minimum of 2 weeks, ideally 3 to 4 weeks to ensure you continue to reinforce the new habits*
